Numbers, Rhythms, Seasons!

The universe and the natural world have a physical representation. That representation can be viewed through our senses—through color, shape, consistency, smell, taste, and sound. Beneath this sensual gamut, we can feel an energetic presence, a chemical reaction, or an experience of patterns.

The moon fluctuates every 14+ days, creating a rhythm of contraction and expansion (waxing and waning). The light on Earth shifts with the sun’s position and angle, while seasonal rhythms cycle between the extremes of winter and summer solstices and the transient equilibrium of spring and fall equinoxes. Music and sound follow rhythmic patterns, just as colors align with the light spectrum. A two-beat clap feels different from a three- or five-beat rhythm. The act of stepping out of a doorway carries a different cadence than running a mile. Numbers represent the mathematical value of these rhythms—not just their visible or tangible aspects, but also the unseen energies that shape our personalities, perceptions, and experiences of life through distinct potentials, destinies, and timings.

Just like the natural seasons, we experience internal seasons—phases of growth, connection, evolution, and transformation. An inward, reflective “winter” of withdrawal and seclusion is inherent in our personal time cycles. To navigate these cycles, we must first understand the vocabulary of numbers. Each number carries a distinct character, a flavor of experience, and a direction. This language of numerical rhythms forms intricate patterns, shaping the way we move through life.

This year, as a collective, we are in a more winter-like season. However, in coaching, timing is personal. You may be in a “spring” phase—ready for action and growth. In my coaching approach, I use numerology as a guide to uncover what is ready to unfold in your personal cycle. By examining your chart, we can identify where limiting beliefs may be holding you back and explore how to break free from those constraints. Understanding these rhythms allows us to step into the most expansive possibilities that each time cycle offers, turning unseen patterns into tangible transformation.
